DICE from SERBIA

[0858 x30] Here a set of 30 strange plastic hollow D6's that I found somewhere on a fleemarket.
There are markings of normal and serbian letters and numbers, and pictures of various objects.
Is there anybody who knows more details?, plastic, 20 mm
